This particular Bravo Synergic Multiweld 2540/T has the Motor Industry Approval stamp especially from one of the World leaders - Toyota. They recommend this excellent welder because CEBORA is also recognised worldwide and this is driven by the high quality components and the development of new welding technology introduced such as the Bravo Synergic 2540/T. It works at its maximum potential for brazing and welding high strength and galvanised steel.
The advantage of the Bravo Synergic series is its pre-stored program for easy setting of condition electronically and the microprocessor control circuit permitting future program upgrades if required. However, there is a comprehensive range of synergic curves already stored in the memory.
When this welder is utilised with the CEBORA 2003 Push-Pull Torch method the unit automatically activates the specific Synergic programs for aluminium wires.
It has an input of 400V 50/60 Hz, a maximum installed power of 5.2kW and 2 x 6 regulation steps with a wire size of 0.6-0.8-1.0mm(1.2). Its maximum spool size is 300 (15kg). The whole unit weighs 76kg and with dimensions of 542mm x 915mm x 795mm it is easily transportable.
