The CEBORA Tri-Star MIG Inverter Multi-process welder requires a low electrical input which makes it perfect for a vast array of functions including the installation of machinery, agricultural/ building site work, automotive body repairs and general industrial maintenance work.
This Tri-Star 1635/M has been designed and developed for MIG/MAG, MIG Brazing, MMA and DC TIG welding utilizing either a 230V 50/60Hz mains power supply or generator. When MIG/MAG and DC TIG welding it is rated at 160A @ 35% duty cycle at 40 degrees C whilst for MMA welding it is 130A @ 45% Duty Cycle.
An advantage of this machine is it’s straight forward procedure to set up ready for welding. The operative only has to adjust one switch to select the material thickness together with the program number and a second fine tuning dial can be used if required. Excellent welding results are achieved if using mild steel aluminium and stainless steel. Also, electrodes up to 3.25mm can be used on MMA welding. This superior inverter is very popular as it consistently provides a smooth output and a flawless weld appearance.
There is built in synergic programs with LED display together with stored synergic curves for MIG/MAG welding.
Consistent with the CEBORA range this inverter is sturdy in construction. It weighs 12.5kg which indicates that it is lightweight and with its easy to grip handle makes it extremely portable. There is added option of a trolley if required.
This Tri-Star 1635/M complies with the current safety directives by meeting the IP23 Protection Class.
