This MOSA GE 10SXC-EAS generating set offers standby emergency power typically on construction sites, isolated locations, in the plant and tool hire sector. It benefits from EAS technology whereby each machine is specially pre-wired to provide a plug-in method permitting the generator to be attached to a MOSA Auto Mains Failure Panel that can be installed to the mains input and enables the transfer of power from the mains supply to the generating set in the event of a power breakdown and once the power has been re-established the power is switched back as normal.
As this new model has a LOMBARDINI 9LD625/2 (4-stroke) diesel engine it meets all the high quality standards required including being air cooled and capable of an engine speed of 1500 rpm. It also comes with an (ES) engine protection. The tank will hold 26 litres and has a running time with a 75% load of approximately 10 hrs.
Consistent with all the generating sets in the MOSA range the noise level when in operation is compliant with the latest EEC noise stipulations. As standard with most of the EAS series, it is fitted with a super silenced canopy which is lockable if required.
